Hell’s Kitchen Sneak Peek: Oh No… Or Shall We Say, “Oh, Gnocchi!”

The competition is heating up!

If you’ve been following along with Hell’s Kitchen: Battle of the States, you know that it’s been a season ripe with tension and great moments.

And we scored an exclusive clip of tonight’s episode showcasing just one of those moments!

We’re down to the wire, and only three contestants remain in the competition as the finale is in sight, and we’ll shortly have another Hell’s Kitchen winner to join the esteemed list of previous champions.

But who will it be?

We have Cyndi Stickeny, an executive sous chef from North Carolina, who is determined to take the win home. Ellie Parker, a Sous Chef from Nevada, is also battling for the coveted trophy, and Jada Vidal, a Sous Chef from Florida.

Personally, it’s pretty awesome to have three women battling head-to-head for the win. Girl Power, and all that good stuff.

The upcoming episode will have the women on the receiving end of some pampering after a rough and long competition.

Ramsay will surprise the trio with their families at the Foxwoods Resort and Casino, so they can give the women a boost of confidence and the extra kick they need to get past the finish line.

And since they’re heading into the finals, the women will get some glamorous treatment too. After a long competition of sweaty kitchen work and crummy punishments, it’ll be nice to have a day of hair, makeup, and styling.

Of course, it’s never that easy. Because they’ll also have a surprise challenge, too, and this one will knock one of them out of the competition.

And that brings us to the gnocchi.

In our exclusive clip, it seems that the trio will have to perfect some gnocchi, which was notoriously a dish Ellie struggled with before, but this time, it’s not Ellie with an issue.

Instead, it’s Jada who is crumbling a bit under this challenge.

Jada is most definitely overcooking her gnocchi, and it’s something former contestants watching and rooting for this trio are observing.

Meanwhile, Ellie seems to be handling the heat from the competition well. She doesn’t seem to be the least bit flustered by what’s happening, and she appears to have her dish under control.

We don’t get much insight into how Cyndi is faring.

But this final stretch brings back all the previous contestants, so they can watch how well the others are doing and make their predictions for who they think will take home the win.

Former teammates, close friends, and friendly rivals all give their input, and we hear some of their thoughts in the clip.

But mostly, everything is coming up gnochhi!
