Some characters just end up clicking in a hilarious way. Their scenes make for the most comedic moments on their respective series and it’s not always just because of the written script. Actors are able to create both funny and iconic moments just by playing off of their dynamics with others.
As long as they have the right on-screen chemistry, you can find a hilarious pairing in almost any show no matter the genre.

Bronn and Tyrion – Game of Thrones
Despite not interacting for a couple seasons, when they are together Bronn and Tyrion’s witty humor always makes for a fun time. They manage to add comic relief to an otherwise heavy show.
Damon and Bonnie – The Vampire Diaries
Bamon was the most hilarious thing to ever happen to The Vampire Diaries. As we saw in Season 6, all we have to do is stick them in a house alone together and we’ll be laughing our asses off.
Wynonna and Nicole – Wynonna Earp
Nicole’s cuteness and Wynonna’s bluntness makes for the perfect good cop bad cop scenario. Can we please have a show about these two being partners (in crime)?
Steve and Danny – Hawaii Five-0
Steve and Danny’s bromance is one of the highlights of Hawaii Five-0. And let’s be real, at some points it felt like they were already on their own sitcom.
Hanna and Emily – Pretty Little Liars
Hanna’s ludicrous plans throughout the series mixed with Emily’s tendency to go along with them always brought about interesting situations. Not to mention that we can never get enough of their friendship. The possibilities for these two are endless.
Winn and James – Supergirl
Winn and James are already funny on their own but put them together and their interactions are priceless. As we’ve seen in the past, they make a great team and we’d love to see a comedic spinoff about their adventures fighting crime.
Lucas and Maya – Girl Meets World
Picking on Lucas was always one of Maya’s favorite past times. The ironic thing, however, was that Lucas played right into her hands. Maya constantly came up with new ways to poke fun at him and Lucas enjoyed poking her right back. These two are meant for a sitcom.
Stiles and Derek – Teen Wolf
No matter the situation, these two were absolutely hilarious together. Who wouldn’t want a spinoff about Stiles and his “cousin Miguel?”
Garcia and Morgan – Criminal Minds
Their pet names are never-ending we couldn’t love them more for it. Garcia and Morgan are the dynamic duo that keeps on giving and they are perfect sitcom candidates. It’s impossible not to crack up over these two.
Fitz and Simmons – Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
Fitz and Simmons are fan favorites on Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. They get into all kinds of hijinks together and their clever ideas would make for a great spinoff. Not to mention that the two make one precious couple.
Simon and Jace – Shadowhunters
Someone give them a sitcom stat. While Jace pretends to dislike Simon, it’s obvious how much he cares about him. Simon brings out a hilarious side of Jace and it’s impossible not to LOL at their scenes.
Jim and Dwight – The Office
We would give just about anything for a spinoff starring these two. They were comedy gold and some of the best episodes of The Office included Dwight falling for Jim’s insane pranks.
Eleanor and Tahani – The Good Place
Eleanor’s straight-forward personality mixed with Tahani’s over the top antics constantly created funny situations. Also, let’s be real their sexual tension is off the charts. This is the kind of material we need.
Aram and Samar – The Blacklist
When it comes to hilarious duos, Samar amplifies Aram’s already jocular personality. There’s no way they wouldn’t be a hit!
Mark and Jackson – Grey’s Anatomy
The title of Mark and Jackson’s spinoff would most definitely be “The Plastics Posse.” Whether they were teaming up for a round of rock-paper-scissors, or Mark was making sure Jackson had cash for his field trips these two played off of each other’s characters perfectly.
Cary and Kerry – Legion
The link between Cary and Kerry from Legion is obviously very complex. Cary is a detailed oriented type of person while Kerry is more free-spirited. Although they have two very different personalities, they make quite the pair and their situation could make one hell of a sitcom.
Bellamy and Murphy – The 100
Even though there’s not much time for comedy in a show like The 100, Bellamy and Murphy both manage to offer their share of comedic moments. If you put them together in a much lighter situation, who knows what kind of hilarity could arise?

Dan and Blair already felt like they were on a completely different show whenever they interacted. On a series filled with drama and betrayals, their light-hearted banter and intellectual discussions set them apart.
