Younger neighbors move in next door and Schmidt and Jess hang out with them. With her knowledge of 80’s pop culture references, Jess wins over the group but Schmidt leaves them cold. He thinks it’s because they think he’s old. Nick decides to set up a series of elaborate pranks to make Schmidt think he’s aging rapidly.
Seeing Nick’s dedication, Winston is inspired to speak up at work and gets a promotion.
