After a long hiatus, The Vampire Diaries returns with an episode that shows the consequences of Rose’s werewolf bite. Things aren’t looking good for her.
The Vampire Diaries has plenty of surprises and cliffhangers in store for this 2010 finale. Foremost among them? Tyler transforms into a werewolf.
Elena sets a plan in motion this week and asks for Rose’s help in executing it. Meanwhile, Jeremy tries to help his sister retrieve the moonstone… but only lands himself in serious danger as a result.
Elena searches for the truth about Katherine and her past this week, using Caroline to help. We also meet Luka, a new student with an interesting family history.
Damon and Stefan rush to save Elena this week, learning new information about vampire and events in their past in the process. Elsewhere, Caroline tries to help Tyler transition into a werewolf.
A masquerade ball is at the center of this episode, as Stefan is forced to take Katherine as her date and pretend she’s Elena. That can’t be a good idea, can it?
