CRISTINA: "I gave up my apartment 20 minutes ago."
PRESTON: [pauses] "Well, alright then."

PRESTON: "Are you saying yes?"
CRISTINA: "Y-yeah."

DR. HAHN: "A consult. And knowing how much my being here would annoy you."

CRISTINA: "We crossed the line. Together. I crossed the line with you."
PRESTON: "You dragged me across the line. You made us a team. You told Shepherd I was fine. You said nobody has to know. I was out there on my own. You made us a team.
CRISTINA: "I did what you needed me to do. You were standing there looking at me telling me your whole life was your hands, if you couldn't operate, if you couldn't be Preston Burke."
PRESTON: "That was your concern, not mine!"
DEREK: "I don't want to be the guy that killed Bailey's husband."
PRESTON: "I don't want to be the guy who kills us all."
CRISTINA: "Are you gonna dish?"
GEORGE: "No. Leave me alone."

PRESTON: [to George] "You want in on Foote?"
GEORGE: "Yes, but I'm on neuro today with Dr. Shepherd." [runs off]
CRISTINA: "Uh, hello? I want in. I want in!
PRESTON: [pauses] "Oh. Yeah. Sure."
CRISTINA: "Burke, I laid on top of you naked last night, so why don't you wax nostalgic about that?"
DEREK: "This is ridiculous. He's going to kill him."
PRESTON: "Don't be so sure. O'Malley's a scrapper."
PRESTON: "Anything you say in the next 30 seconds is free, starting right now."
MIRANDA: "I think you’re cocky. Arrogant. Bossy and pushy. You also have a God complex and don’t think of anybody but your damn self."
PRESTON: "But, I-"
MIRANDA: "Wait. I still have 23 seconds and I’m not done."
PRESTON: "His injuries are far less severe. We have a much greater chance of saving him."
DEREK: "Well I could argue that because her injuries are more severe, he should be the one that gets moved."
MEREDITH: "So, basically, whoever you move doesn't stand a chance. How do you choose? How do you decide who gets to live?"
DEREK: [about Mark] "I’m not saying he’s a bad doctor."
PRESTON: "Of course not. I-"
DEREK: "I’m saying he’s like, a bad person. The man has no morality. No ethics."
PRESTON: "Um, there’s no pain, there’s no numbness, but..."
DEREK: "I mean the question is, do we really want our interns learning from somebody like that?"
PRESTON: "Derek. My arm."
DEREK: "Yeah. Oh, it’s good. It’s great. Great range of motion. I can clear you for surgery."
