- Billy is the one who saves Owen from the fire and brings him home.
- Owen finally makes it to Tarlos' house to meet Carlos' parents.
- Reyes tells Owen that he thinks the arsonist is a firefighter.
- Owen tells the same to Judd when he goes to see him. Owen thinks that it's Billy.
- Grace says that Owen has to report it.
- Billy tells the fire investigator that the arsonist is Owen.
- The authorities raid Owen's home, find items, and then Ranger Reyes arrest Owen.
- Carlos tells TK that they arrested Owen.
- TK goes back to stay at Owen's.
- They know that there was a vagrant hurt and they're banking on him identifying Owen.
- Judd goes to see Billy. He knows Billy set up Owen. He tells him as much and punches him.
- The fire investigator is the real arsonist. They catch him trying to take out the witness.
- Owen and Gabriel Reyes were working together the whole time and didn't tell Tarlos about it.
- The fire investigator sets himself on fire. But not before telling them that he set up another fire.
- OWen's office at the station blows up after everyone gets out of there.
- Owen is hanging out with the Vegas, Ryders, and Billy. They figure out that there is another explosion set and it's probably at Carlos and TK's house.
- TK and Carlos are about to have sex when a fire breaks out. Owen and Billy get there in time to help them escape.
