- Marjan just misses a deputy sheriff who sees the van that was possibly transporting the mirgarats and phones it in.
- Owen takes down the coyote and he and Helena come up with a plan to get everyone out of there.
- TK dreams about his mother. They talk about the new baby and that he's in the hospital again. She tells him to fight but he doesn't know what that means yet.
- In reality his heart rate is slowing down which alarms Carlos who is still by TK's bedside.
- Tommy tells Grace what's happening to TK and she's blaming herself for everything that happened. Grace tries to reassure her.
- The call center is too quiet because the phone lines are all down and no one can call in.
- Mateo and Judd visit Paul and they all share a moment when he thanks them for saving him.
- Lindsey and her parents visit and they get Paul gifts.
- Owen tries to convince the migrants to head back to his place and one guy refuses and wants to chance it on his own afraid the cartel will come looking for them.
- Cole and his wife lavish Paul with gifts and offer him a Maserati too. It turns out they're wealthy.
- The straggler sees the deputy sheriff and seeks help but it turns out he's in with the coyote and kills the guy in front of Marjan. The deputy sees Marjan, and she takes off.
- TK is still in his dreamscape with his mother.
- Owen brings everyone back to his house. Sadieis suspicious. Owen tries to reach out for help.
- Marjan leaves a message for Owen telling him what happened and that a sheriff killed an unarmed man and is after her.
- Everyone at the call center give Grace a baby shower.
- The sheriff shows up at OWen's place and beats Marjan there. When Owen suggests he ride with the people when the deputy says he's contacting Border Patrol and the coyote tips themo f that something is wrong, the deputy pulls his gun out and makes Owen and Sadie tie everyone up at gunpoint.
- Marjan searches the car for something to save teh others
- She sets off the alarm and rigs the car to explode. Owen notices when the deputy sends him out by gunpoint to turn off the alarms. The car explodes, and Owen fights the deputy.
- Helena and Marjan also jump into the fray.
- Billy stops by the Ryder home knowing that Judd isn't there to talk to Grace. He wants Judd to take over as Captain at another station.
- Grace goes off at home, but she gets so worked up that it sends her into labor
- The authorities come to arrest the deputy and take care of the migrants. Helena sees her kids for the first time in two decades.
- Marjan informed Sadie about everything, and she agrees that Owen needs to sign the apology.
- Grace plans to drive herself to the hospital, and Billy won't let her go alone at least riding shotgun against her wishes.
- Owen takes Marjan back into town, but he still refuses to sign the letter. The two sing tom Petty together in the car.
- The doctor telsl Carlos, Tommy, and Nancy that TK could go into multiorgan failure if his vitals don't improve. Carlos needs a moment alone to process.
- Grace and Billy get stuck on the road.
