Blue Bloods Season 10 Episode 13 revolves around tough decisions.

When a lady comes into the precinct angrily accusing Eddie of selling her information to a doctor, Jamie quickly learns that her newest partner is behind it. He wants to go to IAB but Eddie insists it's more complicated than that and anyway doesn't want to be pegged as a rat.

Meanwhile, Danny and Baez investigate the murder of a photographer who was accused of raping at least 20 young models. They quickly identify the model's wife as a suspect, but nothing points to her and they can't make their case. They also learn that the victim's nanny got pregnant and her boss may have been the father, but is this a break in the case?

Erin is frustrated by a new law that requires her to turn over witnesses' names and addresses to defense attorneys, especially after a witness gets beaten up soon after making a statement, but Frank is mostly unwilling to help her off the books with this one, and Anthony doesn't see how they can possibly protect all witnesses in every case.
