- Severide is still conflicted about helping the police, and he and Stella talk about it.
- A man and his motorcycle are stuck on a bridge that rose.
- Carver has to take control when a city employee won't lower the bridge to help them.
- The guy later files a complaint against him and IAD is involved.
- Gallo is trying to find the righ time to tell Hermann that he was involved with his daughter.
- Stella tries to encourage Carver to kiss the IAD person's ass or whatever else he needs to do to get them off his ass.
- Gallo campaigns for Hermann to win the trip to Miami
- Cruz's adoption ceremony is next shift.
- Severide is still on edge about the whole thing with the informant. Stella reminds him that it's in his nature to save and help. He calls up the cop and says he wants to meet with the informant before he can help.
- Emma is the IAD person who interviews Carver and gives him a hard time.
- The others speculate what kind of damage she may do working for IAD.
- Severide has Pryma take him to the informant in the Campbell case. The dirty cop.
- The cop shares more information after talking to Severide.
- Carver is terrified that he's losing his job and his career is over and thanks Stella for everything.
- Emma clears the case and Carver doesn't have to face disciplinarian action.
- Emma talks to Violet as if nothing ever happened and Violet goes off. But Emma reminds Violet that it's not the worst thing to have a friendly in IAD.
- Hermann wins but it's in Miami Ohio not Miami Florida.
- They attend the ceremony for Javi.
- Gallo tells Hermann he slept with Tracy.
- The ceremony is over by the get called to a barricaded suspect. Police are everywhere and Stella notices Pryma is there too.
- Martucci has barricdaded himselfcall a medic in and Stealla nd the others make their way toward the scene.
- A grenade is stuck in Pryma and he needs help. Stella and Carver go inside.
- They have to be careful with it and they get it out but it detonates. Stella, Carver, and Pryma must take cover.
