All of the hits on Morgan's life are taken back, except for the one sent out to an outside contractor.  The Viper shuts off communication after receiving the check, so the team needs a plan.  Chuck goes off on a Buy More business retreat pretending to be Morgan Grimes.  Viper attempts to take him out, but Sarah and Chuck take him down.

Only Viper was a decoy.  The real Viper comes after the real Morgan, but once again Chuck and Sarah take her out.  Casey doesn't think that is good enough, so he sneaks out and kills Viper and all of her henchmen.  Decker finds out about it and arrests Casey for murder.
