Casey climbs in Jane’s window in order to wish her Happy Immortimus Day.

Jane is uncharacteristically perky and jumps out of bed so she and Casey can join Dorothy and the sex ghosts in a chorus of song praising Isabel/Immortus.

Rouge is in the living room with sweaters for the Doom Patrol and singing to the sex ghosts.

Cliff arrives and he’s not Robotman.

Another group chorus and dance number praising Isabel.

Vic arrives, having come from Deric in Detroit with gifts. He sings a verse about how well the robotics program is going.

Keeg wakes Larry up. Larry isn’t wrapped in bandages and spends some time singing about Rama/Mr. 104 while he chooses his clothes.

Rouge and Rita present an Immortus catechism.

Another group chorus.

Jane and Casey go to set up the Birth of Immortimus display. Jane mentions that something feels off.

A new musical number where Casey is flirting with Jane. Jane’s lyrics indicate she still feels like something is missing. They sing together about some new feelings.

The number ends with them holding hands which becomes awkward.

Rita and Rouge are preparing for dinner. Immortus is expected to attend.

They sing a duet about how well they work together and are best friends. Mid-song, Rouge begins to remember her real history as stamping envelopes recalls her “WEAPON” stamp from the Bureau of Normalcy.

Her lyrics change and become a counterpoint to Rita’s.

Rita leaves to fold the guest towels and Rouge discovers on the calendar that in this world, everyday is Immortimus Day.

Dorothy shows Vic her Immortimus Day gingerbread Doom Mansion, complete with cookie versions of all of them including Niles. Vic tells her the robotics club is going well but he feels like he could be doing more. She suggests he ask Immortus about it at dinner.

He tries to temper her expectations, but she’s positive Immortus will come to dinner.

Cliff is looking for porn to masturbate too. He finds an X-rated Immortimus special and sings a solo about driving his stick. Tissues shower down on him.

Rouge interrupts him before he can get started. She asks if he’s been having devious thoughts. He denies any, pulls up his pants, and leaves the room.

Rouge sees the paused video and sees a bandage-wrapped Larry in the static.

She runs into Larry and he’s excited about bringing Rama to the mansion for dinner. She tells him she needs to show him something.

Jane’s in her room painting the Underground. Casey comes in and startles her. She checks with Jane that they’re okay. Jane is slow to respond. Casey asks her about the painting. Jane says the image has been in her head all day but she doesn’t know what it is.

Casey says she likes it but it could use more color. Jane looks at the painting closely and the image multiplies into a kaleidoscope swirl. The mansion’s alarm starts ringing.

Rouge convenes a team meeting but no one knows why she’s calling them a team. Larry arrives wrapped in bandages again and everyone laughs at him.

Rouge tries to explain that they are the Doom Patrol. They laugh again.

Rita laughs and excuses herself to go tend to the ham. Rouge lets her go and sends Casey to help her. Once only Jane, Cliff, Vic, and Larry are left, she shows them clips of the tapes Niles made of their sessions with him and it wakes them all up.

Vic tries to argue that Immortimus Day is a tradition they’ve celebrated for years. Rouge refutes that and reminds him that he’s Cyborg. He realizes it’s true.

Cliff doesn’t want to escape Isabel’s fantasy world. The team begins to bicker. Rouge refocuses them on the problem. Vic decides to go tell Dorothy the truth, and tells the rest of the team to go tell Rita.

Dorothy processes the news and tries to spin it as something everyone secretly wants.

She leaves, distraught, and Vic begins an introspective solo power ballad. Rouge interrupts to ask him to meet her at the bone tree to discuss a plan.

He continues with his number on the lawn but gets peed on by Cliff.

He moves to a fountain to finish the song but Larry walks in on it. Vic gives up.

Jane has a talk with Casey about their duet. She explains that she needs to focus on the collective she’s responsible for. Casey’s disappointed but hides it.

Larry’s wandering through the mansion when Rama arrives. Larry explains about the bandages and reminds Rama who he actually is.

Rama doesn’t think anything’s changed and can’t wait to meet Larry’s family. He thinks staying in Isabel’s fantasy is better.

He croons a number about living their fantasy stable lives while Larry argues for reality.

Rama convinces Larry to stay.

Rita watches a video with Niles and remembers who she is. Rouge comes in and Rita asks why she let her leave earlier. Rita says she didn’t want to ruin her perfect day again. Rita confesses she doesn’t care if this world is fake because at least here, she isn’t a monster anymore. Rouge tells her she’s never seen Rita as a monster. Rita tells her that’s because between the two of them, Rouge is the monster.

Cliff calls Clara to wish her and Rory a Happy Immortimus Day. After he hangs up, his Robotman self appears and they argue about whether he should stay or not.

The doorbell rings. Isabel has arrived. Everyone gathers to discuss the plan. The group is split as to whether they stay or go. Before Dorothy opens the door, April reminds them Immortus can destroy them all so they need to play along for dinner.

Isabel comes in happy but isn’t pleased by Larry’s bandages. She teleports them to the table and begins the festivities. She insists they all share what they are grateful for but gets upset when Larry calls her Isabel instead of Immortus.

Rouge goes next and reminds Isabel of how they met. She then confronts Isabel with the fact this is an alternate reality. Isabel pinches Rouge’s windpipe from across the room. Rita distracts her by eloquently describing all the vices Isabel embodies.

One by one – except for Cliff – everyone decides they want to return to the real world.

Isabel throws a little tantrum and then uses her Immortus powers to take control of everyone at the table and march them out of the dining room. She puppets them through a final number, promising that they’re all doomed. After one last chorus, she disappears and everything is back to normal, including everyone who has lost their longevity.
