Louis made it on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire and is on TV with Regis Philbin. 

Eddie, Jessica, and Emery were in the audience but Jessica and Emery got locked out because of re-entry problems. 

Louis thought about passing down the restaurant to Eddie, but tried to control the menu options. Eddie worked on adding a new Asian fusion twist on Cattleman's Ranch, but Louis didn't like the idea. 

In between Louis' episode of the game show, while he thought back to past memories to answer the questions, we were presented with flashbacks of moments that help him figure out the answers. 

Eddie believed Louis was just controlling and being picky about the menu options but realized it was actually because Louis didn't want to be stereotyped into offering Asian cuisine. 

Regis paused the show in order for Louis to make up with Eddie and also reminded him that Asian fusion was open-minded and celebrated both cultures. 

So Louis concedes and adds cow-bao to the menu. 

Meanwhile, Emery taught Jessica how to act in order to get them back into the studio and she came to an agreement that acting was an ok choice of career if it's what he loved.
