Sam tells Jay that she heard the neighbors plan to cut down the old tree near the manor. Some of the ghosts are fine with the tree being cut down, but Sasappis wants the tree to be saved. He convinces Sam to talk with the neighbors.

Trevor tells Thorfinn that he thinks if Thorfinn gets involved with saving the tree, it will impress Flower and convince her to date him. Thorfinn thinks it's a great idea.

June and Ally are the neighbors who want to cut down the tree. June and Ally are the biggest organic crop farmers in the area.

Sasappis gives Sam a bunch of evidence to prove that the tree is important to him and his tribe. However, June and Ally stay that Ted, their surveyor, states that the tree doesn't have long to live and needs to come down.

Sam's article is trending online on the website. Isaac tells the group that a group of protestors has arrived at the tree to save it.

Sasappis tells the group that he lied to Sam about the significance of the tree to his tribe. He tells the group that the markings on the tree were a counter of his encounters with Shiki.

Thorfinn uses his powers to turn off the TV as he wants to save energy and reduce energy pollution. He chastises Hetty and Trevor for their wasteful lives when they were humans.

A protest goes on at the tree. Someone from the Lenape tribe tells Sam that her information in the article was incorrect. She tries to defend her findings from Sasappis, but he comes clean to her as things get more heated.

A protest erupts outside of Woodstone Manor. Customers start canceling their reservations.

Flower tells Thorfinn that he can't be angry about everything. She wants him to have a cause and to be inspired by something.

Sasappis tells Sam and Jay the truth about the markings on the truth. Isaac reveals the tree has been cut down.

Sasappis comes to the realization that the tree was the last lingering thing about his people and tribe from his old life. Everything has gone, so he's heartbroken about his life.

Sam and Jay take the ghosts to the tree; they reveal that June and Ally gave them seeds from the tree to plant in a new area.

Bob arrives to help them do a land recognition for the area and the trees. Sam does a recognition in the area.

Flower tells Thorfinn that she's impressed by his protesting.

The group discusses the climate change problem with Thorfinn. Thorfinn changes his mind and he wants climate change to happen so that the world will end faster.
