In the future, Oliver rushes to delete the contents of Annalise's phone after she was arrested. 

Nate tells Annalise that he wants to file a missing person report on Frank.She talks him out of it. 

The case is a tabloid murder case,already half way through the trial. Michaela volunteers to work the case. 

The prosecution shows a selfie of the defendant, Toby Solomon, with the dead victim seven minutes before he called 911. 

Laurel travels to Florida to see her father. She wants him to find Frank for her. 

Toby admits to Annalise that he killed a different girl and his previous lawyer is blackmailing him. 

Michaela, Asher, Connor, and Oliver head to Atlantic City. Michaela loses twenty grand of Toby's money. 

Frank calls Laurel and tells her that Annalise tried to kill him. 

Annalise puts Toby on the stand and argues that he hasn't gotten a fair trial. Annalise brings Toby a deal of three years in jail to plead for manslaughter.
