The girl is in TImes Square feeling overwhelmed and scared by all the people.

Benson thinks this is a case for missing persons. But the parents think that she ran away to be with a 19-year-old boy. THe pastor has come with them too. He has a story about how Angeline's father died and the stepfather is a blessing from God.

Isaac seems out of it and doesn't know where Angeline is. Finn and Tamim threaten to arrest him. He says she needed a place to crash but they argued and she left. He let her have his dog to panhandle with.

Tamim approaches Angeline but makes the mistake of saying her name. ANgeline faints in her arms.

The doctor says Angeline has been sexually active for two years and is 12 weeks pregnant. Angeline doesn't want her parents to know she disobeyed God's word. She's here to get an abortion.

Angeline doesn't want to drop out and is too young to have a baby. Benson says that's her decsion. Rollins asks how she got pregnant. She says she turned her back on God, but she admits Isaac raped her. She doesn't want anyone to know she wants an abortion. Her family wouldn't allow it.

Carisi says that because the girl is 13 it will be hard to get a judge to deny custody to the parents, and they are fundamentalists who will take her to Ohio. Benson says she wants emergency custody and she wants Finn to look into whether the parents knew about the abuse.

Evanageline's parents want to take her home. She doesn't want to go. Langdon shows up to represent Evangelines.

Benson and Carisi tell the parents and the mother says the baby is a gift from God. THe parents want to take her home. Benson tells the parents that Evangeline is in the custody of CPS. The parents want the pastor to be their lawyer.

Evangeline doesn't want to go home and in court eventually accuses her stepfather of having put the baby inside her.

The DA in Ohio won't open an investigation unless Evangeline goes back to Ohio. Benson believes Evangeline. Carisi isn't sure.

Benson interviews Evangeline who says her stepfather raped her starting when she was 11. She says he says it was okay she didn't save herself for marriage because he was married to her mom. Her mom got mad when she tried to tell her.

Kat gets in the pastor's face when he won't let them talk to James and says this all came from Satan and that Evangeline is a liar.and he is praying for her. He also says abortion is murder.

Mrs. Miller doesn't believe that Evangeline is telling the truth. Benson says Evangeline has agreed to a paternity test. But the mother doesn't want to do it until after the baby was born. She wants her grandchild to be born however it happened.

Evangeline tells Rollins she's telling the truth. Rollins believes her. Evangeline says if God doesn't make mistakes, the baby is part of his plan. She wants to pray with Rollins. Rollins lets her. Evangeline thanks God for sending Rollins to help her.

Rollins thinks Evangeline is confused by her religious beliefs. She wants to take her to the clinic herself. Benson says she can't do that. Rollins says this is wrong. SHe is worried about her own girls all the time.

Judge is ready to rule.

The judge rules in favor of Evangeline.. But then some DA from Ohio shows up with arrest warrants for everyone including the judge for conspiracy to commit murder of a baby.

There are protesters while the Ohio DA talks. Pro-life people are cheering, pro-choice people are booing. The guy claims that the baby is innocent of all sin and deserving of life.

The judge throws out Ohio's demand to have all of NY arrested for providing abortions.

Benson says that its only poor women are barred from having abortion. Kat gets into it with Carisi because he's Catholic and only thinks abortion is proper in cases of rape and incest. Benson gets a text that Evangeline threw herself down a flight of stairs.

Rollins blames herself because she left Evangeline alone. The mother comes running into the hospital and wants to know how Evangeline and the baby are. She tells Evangeline she will raise the baby with the stepfather.  Evangeline says Jim raped to her. THe mother says the cops are putting words in Evangeline's mouth. Evangeline says she was trying to kill herself, not the baby.

Mrs. Miller says this is her fault. Her first husband abused her and called her and Evangeline whores. She says Jim was a much better man. Benson says to her, you heard your daughter. I didn't put those words in her mouth.

Mrs. Miller says even if the baby shows that the baby is Jim's, it's still a miracle. She could never agree to an abortion. Benson tells her that is not her decision, but she can choose to believe her daughter and leave Jim or lose Evangline if she stays with Jim.

Mrs. Miller testifies in court that she believes Evangeline. The state wants her to stay in CPS for two weeks so she can get her medical care.

It is unclear whether the Ohio DA will prosecute Mr. Miller. The Ohio DA tries to get on Carisi. Carisi tells him that how his mother got pregnant with a baby that was going to die and had an abortion. He doesn't believe the DA would let James get away with rape.

Rollins tells Benson that James has been charged with 114 counts.

Rollins asks for time off. SHe goes with Evangeline to the abortion clinic.
