A woman asks for directions and advice at a hotel lobby in a flirty way. She's with a girl named Leah who is sniffing her shirts. Two guys watching are busy objectifying and watching the women. The lobby guy tells them where they women going. Another guy shows up and says he's sick and can't go with them. The other guys call him Dust Bin before tkaing off.

The two boys flirt with the women at the bar. One of the women says they are fetisizing Asian women. They want to go. Leah has sto pee. One of the boys says he'll go with her.

Leah's friend is on her phone while Leah dances. Leah seems tipsy. Her friend says that's it. The boys put Leah in a taxi and go with her, laughing to themselves.

Leah wants another drink. She passes out. They ddecide to get out of the cab. They tell the driver to get her back to the hostel.

Benson comes in and findds everyone here early. There are donuts and coffee. The FBI agent is now officially embedded.

Benson gets a call from the hospital. Leah is in the hospital after being assaulted but remembers nothing. Her friend brought her in -- she doesn't really know her except from the hostel.

The friend/witness is nervous that Sykes says she's from the FBI but Sykes says she's not in trouble. She says she found Leah unconscious in the shower with the water running. She saved her underwear.

Leah remembers very little and wants to go home. She already missed her flight and is upset that her parents will be disappointed she's not a virgin. Benson reassures her that her ordeal is confidential.

The guy in the hotel lobby says he didn't have anything to do with what happened. He saw a cab driver bring her in.

The driver says the girl was sick so he helped her and that the guys were not from here. He didn't call the cops because in his country they're worse than the criminals.

Leah has booked a flight back to Singapore so they have limited t ime.

They find out about an exchange program where the suspects are studying. The cops question them. One of the boys insistshe didn't do anything. The other guy says he was trying to get with Leah. But they put her in a cab and went to their bus.

The other guy says that everything was consensual. Everyone was having fun except for Maura.

Keah looks at mug shots but says all Anglo guys look similar to her. She seems to recognize one of the guys and finally they get a verbal confirmation from her. She says she led him to the bathroom, not the other way around. Her father is a church deacon and is s upposed to be a moral example. He expects her to stay a virgin for her future husband. She says they didn't have sex, something else she wanted to try but couldn't do back home. She wanted to kiss a boy down there. But she didn't finish.

Leah goes back to the mug shots and Ids the other guy. She says she saw him in the common room while she was looking for clean clothes.

The cops discuss how the rape kit shows vaginal penetration even t hough Leah says it didn't happen. Sykes says these guys are working as a team.

Valesco doesn't understand why the guys went five hours to get laid. Bruno says they wanted quick sex with no strings attached.

The NYPD visits "Dust Bin". He talks to a woman in Japanese. They ask him about Frederick and he says let's talk in my room.

The cops find a map with pins in it and say this looks like some kind of game.

One of the boys denies knowledge of the game and says it's not illegal to have sex.  The cops threaten the boys with making them a person of interest.

The cops question  Dusty again and he wants to know why Bruno is being so mean. Bruno needles him about the game. He says he will only talk if Bruno goes away.

One of the other boys says the girls on his campus are a lost cause. He's afraid of being falsely accused of rape.

The other boy says the girls were into them because they're American. Hayden came up with the game. They get a point for girls from each country. He says forcing someone is against the rules.

Dusty says he's not good at the game. Bruno comes back and says he is here to eat. Dusty says he met Suki, didn't he? He says Hayen and Frederick cheat and treat the girls like sluts. It disgustshim.

Frederick says Hayden is brilliant and has other advantages. Bruno whispers something in Sykes' ear. Benson and Curry tell Hayden that maybe he didn't like Frederick beating him. Hayden says they're best friends and Leah passed out and they took her home. Benson says there were two pins in Singapore.

Their ruse didn't work so maybe the guys are telling the truth.Benson is disgusted. The cops discuss how the boys seem to trust each other to be honest with the game.

Sykes gets a call that an exchange student was raped by a man in a hostel two months ago.

Nikol says she came to a party on New Years Eve and met these guys in her hostel. She didn't know their names. One left early with food poisoning. She went with the guys to a bar and they were forward and obvious. It got ugly, like she was a prize. She went to their room and one of them fell asleep -- the Asian boy. The other one followed her back to her room with champagne. He kissed her and she said no and he didn't stop.  She IDs her rapist. She says one more thing. She got a strange phone call from 23andme saying they had found genetic indictators for cystic fibrosis but she never submitted a sample.

Benson wonders if the school is involved. They realize the guys are collecting DNA samples without consent. They find the guys work in a research lab and that a guy they work with processes the DNA to prove who had sex with who. He has Leah's sample with her name. Who gave it to him?

The cops arrest Dustin.

Frederick seems shocked. He is worried about getting kicked out of school. He is not being charged with anything.

Hayden denies everything but Nikol remembers everything.

The cops talk to Leah and says the boys preyed on women from different countries. She asks which one it was. They show her Dustin's photo and tell her the other victim remembers everything and will testify. Dustin will do serious time. Leah feels she's going to be sick.  Benson offers her resourcces.LEah cries. She wants to go home. Benson offers to help with her travel or whatever she needs.

The Dean of Robotics says the university does not condone this and that the culprits have been expelled.

Sykes says she's glad she has no boys. Benson says hey! Curry asks her if she always wanted kids. Benson says Noah just fell into her lap. Sykes says she's a tumbleweed. Curry asks Benson if she expected to be here all this time. Benson says 25 years? No. She thinks this job had a plan for her.
