In Oshkosh, Wisconsin in 1985, Minutemen detect a Variant at a renaissance fair. The Variant kills them, except for their commander -- Hunter C-20. The Variant opens up a time door with the reset charge and drags Hunter C-20 through it with him.

At the TVA, Hunter B-15 notifies Loki and Mobius of the event. She confirms that it was the Loki Variant who committed the crime.

They arrive at the crime scene. Loki tries to trick Mobius, Hunter B-15, and the Minutemen, but Mobius sees right through it. They reset the timeline.

Back at the TVA, Mobius has Loki look over all of the Loki Variant's case files. Loki discovers that the Loki Variant is hiding in apocalypses.

To test Loki's theory, Loki and Mobius travel to Pompeii in 79 AD. Loki causes a disturbance before Mount Vesuvius erupts. Mobius detects zero variance energy and no branching in the timeline, so the TVA would never know they were there.

Loki and Mobius believe that the Loki Variant is currently hiding in Haven Hills, Alabama in 2050 where a hurricane wipes out the town.

Loki, Mobius, Hunter B-15, and Minutemen travel to Haven Hills. Hunter B-15 and Loki split up from the rest of the team in a superstore -- Roxxcart. They find the Loki Variant, but they use their powers to transfer themself to Hunter B-15.

Mobius and the Minutemen find Hunter C-20.

Loki and the Loki Variant walk through the store, and the Loki Variant transfers themself to another person. Loki tells the Loki Variant that he is going to overthrow the Time Keepers, and he wants the Loki Variant to be his lieutenant.

The Loki Variant declines the offer.

Hunter C-20 tells Mobius and the Minutemen that she gave away where to find the Time Keepers.

The Loki Variant reveals herself to Loki. She's a female version of Loki.

Lady Loki bombs the Sacred Timeline with the reset charges she has been stealing, causing the formation of multiple branches.

Lady Loki opens a time door and walks through it. Loki follows her.
