They start off with Murphy in the Morning. The show ends and they all have to go to a sexual harassment seminar.

Pat: This is my first sexual harassment seminar! Today I am a man. A fully employed man!

Miles talks to Monica at work and gets tongue-tied. She's sucking up to Miles and he's flirting. Murphy interrupts and acts flirty with miles. 

Brandon is running the seminar. Pat is excited. Murph doesn't think she would get fired, but is reminded of men who've been fired.

At the end of the seminar, everyone is asleep. Miles has a question about asking people out on dates. No asking subordinates on dates.

Pat is developing an app to help older people figure out what's appropriate and what's not. Frank is going to test it for him. Frank: I could get lost in your deep brown eyes.

The app worked. It alerted Frank he was inappropriate.

Phyllis has blue hair now. She's impressed with Miguel's slicing skills. Miguel freaks out when someone asks for Ice.

Murphy, Frank, Murphy and Miles come into the bar. Murphy's the only one who hasn't been harassed. Mile's gf wanna be walked it and Miles got all tongue-tied again.

Avery walked in back from his trip and Murphy is clipping coupons. She's not paying attention to Avery. Murphy is distracted. It brought up memories for Murph. She opens up to him. At 19, she had a professor in college and he took notice of her. 

She won an award and he invited her to his house. Something happened between them and she never told anyone. She wonders if she was sending a signal by agreeing to coffee, etc.

She asks Avery how he deals with it on the road and he says that he never makes advances at co-workers and always asks before he makes a physical move. 

Murphy: So I guess Bogart should've said to Bergen, "Here's lookin' at you kid. Unless that makes you uncomfortable, in which case I apologize."

Avery told Murph the guy was grooming her.

Murphy stopped in for coffee at Phil's. Phyllis doesn't like to talk, but Murphy keeps talking. She's talking to her about the #metoo campaign. Phyllis tell Murphy to confront the guy. She thanks Phyllis for the advice.

Murphy shows up at Professor Talbot's house and his assistant answered. She asks how old Jessica is and she said 19. He has a lot of Murphy Brown stuff hanging up on the walls and her award at the entrance in the foyer.

She offers her a job. The professor walks in and he's old. Murphy's surprised. She starts talking about the night she won the award. She goes into detail, asking if he remembers that night and if he remembers what happened in that very room. 

He blows her off and accuses her of digging up the past because of the metoo movement. He says she flirted with him for a long time. She wants an apology. 

Murphy: I came here to get closure and I just figured out how I'm going to get it.

She broke the glass, took her award and left.

Back at Phil's bar. Frank keeps getting zapped by the app.

Corky keeps telling Miles about all her sexual harassment things. Miles' employee quit and asked her out.

Murph and Avery walked in. Phyllis asked how it went. She shows Phyllis the award. Avery said he's going to start bringing home awards. Murphy gives Phyllis the hammer she used to break the glass and said it makes an excellent nutcracker, if you get my drift.
