Murphy in the Morning does their take. Corky and Frank are complaining about working in the morning. Frank can't date and Corky's clock is off. Murphy is wearing her jammies and bunny slippers.

Frank is yawning on air and they're giving him a hard time about it. Frank is stealing things from the break room. Pat is complaining that Frank stole his froot loops.

Pat: Ya' know, I didn't say anything when you took that case of printer paper or the batteries out of the remotes but touch my Froot Loops and you and I have a problem.

Addy Abrahms is Murphy's new assistant. She's hung over and is trying to remember her messages. She almost throws up on Murph.

Phyllis is interviewing Miguel to help at the bar. He needs the money. She inherited the bar and she's not crazy about the biz. Murphy and the gang show up and insist on coming in.

Phyllis hires the kid and puts him to work.

Avery shows up to hang out. He got a seat at the White House press briefing. Murphy's been banned from the White House again because of the fight on Twitter with Trump.

Avery is going to ask what the govt is doing to bring down the prices of prescription drugs.

Avery got a call from Sarah Huckabee Sanders. She has a crush on him. Miles has a crush on her.

Avery is rubbing it in that she isn't allowed at the briefing.

Murphy is trying to call every contact she has to get back into the White House. Everyone she calls is gone or dead.

Corky put a wig on Murphy so she can sneak into the briefing. she's in a short Brown wig. They set her up with fake credentials. Miles is stressed.

Miles is freaking out - Miles: I can't believe I let you talk me into this. Trespassing on White House grounds is a felony! What kind of executive producer am I? Just when everything in my life was going so well. Now we're gonna get arrested and thrown in jail. I'll be tried, sentenced and put behind bars. Next thing you know I'm Bernie Madoff's bitch!

Her name is Cosette Pushow from Le Monde. They're listening to her. The gate is open and there is no guard. Murphy walks right in.

Murphy is in the White House and outside the briefing room. She ditches the wig and walks into the briefing room. Murphy is trying to ask questions, but Sarah is not calling on her. Murphy asks her "Why do you lie?" and she goes on. "If we can't get to the truth, why are we even here?" Murphy.

She's trying to get everyone to walk out with her, but no one follows. She tries to guilt Avery into leaving. He doesn't.

Avery: Journalists are the only real firewall between politicians and the people they were hired to serve.

Avery is giving Murphy a hard time because she ruined his first press access briefing. She expected him to back her up, but he didn't. Avery quotes Murphy on journalism. Murphy sees his point.

She apologizes to him. He records it. She thought he was moving out. He's just going on assignment.

He made her apology his ringtone. It was Sarah calling Avery.
