- Max overhears a cancer patient having a rough time and offers to help.
- Helen is looking for her new deputy, and another employee suggest she hire a another female because they don't see many ofthem.
- Nico has a severe cardio issue because the stress of the Nicks games is literally killing him.
- Helen's former patient Willow has decided to stop doing cancer treatments and lets Wilder know.
- After seeing Aya interact with someone, Iggy determines that she has PTSD and that's why she's so tired.
- Max treats a patient off the books in his taxi can and takes medicine out of the clinic to do it.
- Helen keeps getting pressure from outsideres on who to hire and hiring the perfect person to appeal to deomographics.
- Nico is devoted to the Knicks
- Wilder gives Willow information on a trial, but she declines. She's upset that she can't talk to Helen.
- Iggy talks to Aya about her PTSD but she seems to be in denial that she's dealing with it since she can't recall going through something traumatic. He talks to her about it and the risks she poses to herself and others given her job if she is struggling like this. They have to respond to an armed and dangerous call.
- Lauren wears Nico's lucky jersey in the OR while he gets his heart surgery
- Wilder brings Willow to see Mia and is willing to put aside her differences with her to help if she can. Mia seems to be helping willow.
- A man in mental distress is having an episode, and Aya pulls out her weapon on him. IGgy jumps out to defuse the situation and does successfully.
- Someon catches Max stealing medical supplies and brings him to Helen.
- He ends up helping all the cab drivers who need it.
- Helen hires all three candidates that she likes.
- Floyd decides to get out of the way of Claude and Lyn.
- A resident gives Lauren information on Leyla.
- wilder invites Mia to the resistance.
