It's Sam and Andy's wedding day. Sam heads to the church with Oliver but Traci is stuck on a case. Nick visits Andy to say goodbye. He's leaving for Vancouver with Juliet. Andy's driver doesn't show so she has to drive herself to the church when she stumbles across a hitchhiker who has stabbed a man. The hitchhiker steals Andy's truck. Andy tries to call 15 Division and she gets Duncan but her phone dies before she can tell him what's happening. Thankfully, Duncan tracks her down anyway. After a long delay, Andy finally arrives and Sam and Andy are married in a beautiful ceremony in front of family and friends. Everyone is happy. Even Sam's father shows up at the church with a watch he stole as a present. He claims he got a day pass for the event but at the reception no one can find him.
The next day every one arrives at 15 Division to see where they have been tranferred and find that there are a lot of changes they did not expect. Some things will change while others remain the same.
