Feeling guilty over the death of three patients, Dr. Cox comes to work drunk and is forced on a league of absence. The whole staff except J.D. takes rotations visiting Cox to make sure he's okay and will eventually return. Meanwhile, Turk begins his orthopedic rotation and struggles with his overly-sensitive attending.
