When Jody Mills is visted by Patience she's shocked to hear the guys are missing, but also Claire is in danger of being killed. Jody immediately calls Claire to tell her she needs to come home now. Claire, after having a successful hunting trip, comes home but doesn't believe everything Patience is saying. Claire is more interested in a girl named Kaia who may have answers about where Sam and Dean are. Claire is able to track down Kaia at the hospital Alex works at, but before she can get any answers a monster from the other world comes to attack. Claire takes Kaia, and the dead monster, back to Jody's. Patience has another vision of more monsters coming to attack the home, and the group quickly leaves. The girls meet Jody at an underpass, and are soon greeted by Donna who has joined the hunt. Jody convinces Claire to stay behind, but it doesn't last long.
