Isaac and Bailey arrive while Dana Sue and Ronnie examine the damage at Sullivan's. She's positive Kathy did it and is close to falling apart as she asks the team to help clean up.

Trotter tells Maggie his mentor from college is ill, and he wants him and Ashley to raise his grandchildren.

Ronnie confronts Kathy, saying they never wanted to be like this growing up. Kathy seems so bitter that Ms. Frances preferred Dana Sue, and Ronnie needs her to get over it and stop hurting his family.

Kathy promises she will if he gives her what she wants.  Ronnie is late for work and distracted. He's worried he made the wrong decision, but Cal trusts him.

Issac sympathizes with Annie's situation but reminds her that her parents are tough because they care.

The ladies have margaritas at Maddie's. Helen admits that she was stubborn, and she and Ryan broke up. Dana Sue breaks down because of all the stress.

In happier news, the vow renewal is becoming more expensive and fun.

When Dana Sue returned home, Ronnie told her that he had to pay off Kathy to leave town. She wasn't happy, but she understood.

Kathy tried to convince Bill to leave town with her, but he didn't want to desert his kids.

CeCe wants to be like Helen and get a fresh start with people. Kyle's friends want to fix up the playground. Annie, Lily, and CeCe agree to help, and Ty joins too.

Helen runs into Erik at Jeremy's fruit stand. After she leaves, Jeremy warns Erik of Kathy's true nature.

Ty checks on Annie and brings a Dixie cup phone that they used to talk out of to cheer her up.

Nellie thinks Kyle is a stalker leaving her those flowers since she apparently didn't leave him dried flowers and notes.
