Chris and Gerard work their way through the tunnels to find the Dread Doctors' lair. Scott and Liam take a bit longer to work things out, but soon they join the Argents. Needless to say, Scott isn't all too thrilled to see Gerard again, but Chris says that Gerard knows all the legends and myths about the beast, so he's a necessity.
Gerard and Chris help Parrish to realize that he's a hellhound. According to the mural on the wall in the Dread Doctor's lair, the hellhound and the beast will battle it out.
Theo helps Malia locate her mom and Deaton. Of course, it involves drugging Malia and making her wear some of the Dread Doctors' torture goggles. It works though, and Malia learns where the Desert Wolf is.
Too bad Theo set her up. He made a deal with the Desert Wolf, and the price was Malia. Mommy dearest wants to kill Malia and take back her powers, but Deaton says that it has to be on a full moon. Lucky for the Desert Wolf, the beast shows up right as Malia starts kicking her ass, and Malia chooses to save Deaton instead of killing her mom.
Back in Eichen House, Lydia finally figures out how to use her voice as a weapon. Her motivation? A premonition that Malia was going to die. Lydia breaks out of Eichen only to be taken down in the front lawn. It's back inside she goes.
Theo's chimeras have captured Deucalion. Apparently, Theo wants Deucalion to help him take the beast's power, and all Deucalion wants in return are the eyes of Scott McCall on his claws. Sounds easy enough, right?
