Thony and her sister-in-law Fiona are cleaning up at a party, and a guy named Stevie sexually harasses Thony. Fiona punches him, and he falls. Thony panics and uses her doctor's training to save his life.

Even though Thony is desperate for money for her son Luca's donor treatment, they both lose their jobs. The donor backs out that day too.

Thony begins cleaning at a boxing arena and hears a woman angry that she has to throw the match. Thony encourages her to do her best, and the woman wins.

However, the woman's dad/dealer is murdered by all the bookers. Thony witnessed it, and the men heard her.

She offers to help them clean it up but doesn't want trouble. Arman takes her home, and Thony is scared.

The clinic won't help her anymore since her Visa expired. One of Arman's men brings her back to Arman, where he offers her money and a job. He also provides her with their medical doctor for Luca. So, she enters the world of organized crime.

Fiona also gets a date and job offer from a hot guy named Brandon. They can work in an exclusive club if they sell ecstasy too. Thony is horrified, and before she can react more, Arman calls her about a job.

They flirt as they're both dressed up, and she meets his wife.

The next day, the cops found the body, and the place needed to be scrubbed. One of the men, Eric, set a bomb to destroy it, but Arman rescued Thony in time. It went off, and they got out with him injured. She fixed him up.

Fiona treats Luca to a special day inside an isolated basketball play area.
