The Good Doctor Season 5 Episode 12 revolves around sex and relationships.

Shaun is distressed that he and Lea haven't had sex in nine days, especially after he discovers she is using a vibrator to masturbate. Lea reassures him that masturbation is not as good as sex with Shaun, but he's still worried. Finally, Asher and Park work with a woman who has a rare disorder called Valley Fever. It's a fungal infection in her lungs. However, the woman has no insurance. She lost it because she is undocumented. Her fiance storms off because she never told him this.
