The Good Doctor Season 5 Episode 16 revolves around the question of being inspirational.

The camera crew is at the hospital following Shaun and Lea around and occasionally interviewing people who know them (Andrews, Glassman, etc). Andrews talks about Shaun's unusual point of view and Glassman talks about being proud of him.

Shaun is doing surgery on a burn victim and is distracted by the camera's bright lights. Later, he realizes that he treated the patient for second-degree rather than third-degree burns. He and Jordan argue about the next step while the camera follows.

Lea feels the director is exploiting Shaun's ASD and wants the footage of the mistake excluded. Shaun isn't sure because he doesn't want to be dishonest, but will he be more inspirational if it's left out?

Meanwhile, Park works with a firefighter who won't be able to work again if he does the conventional surgery. The firefighter says he trusts Park to save his career. Park tries to do a different surgery, but the firefighter's body can't handle it and Park is forced to do the conventional surgery after all.
