The Good Doctor Season 6 Episode 19 revolves around people clashing with each other.

Shaun takes over for the technician while Glassman has an MRI. He sees a spot on the scan and insists it's cancer. Glassman disagrees. He thinks it's scarring from his previous radiation therapy. The doctor tells them to stop arguing and orders a spinal fluid test to check for cancer.

Shaun is obsessing over this. Glassman is trying to go on with his life. He tells Shaun that if his cancer has returned, he will likely die before Shaun's baby is born so they can't worry about it until they know something.

Meanwhlie, Morgan, Park, and Shaun work with a baby who has heart failure. Her mother is homeless and in the hospital with a postpartum infection. Morgan is thinking about whether she wants to implant a female or male embryo while working with this baby. A

Finally, Lim and Andrews butt heads over a patient who was cut nearly in half when Andrews wants to amputate to save the man's life and Lim wants to do riskier procedures to try to save his ability to function.
