In 2011, Archie meets Matthew Rogers, who she had inadvertantly blown off. He's attempting to recruit her for Britain's intelligence services. While on an Mi5 undercover assignment in 2014, Archie meets Shiv. He urges her to back off George Cunninham, the target of her investigation, because of the fallout which will happen if he's arrested. Shiv recruits Archie for Lazarus. In the present, Archie and Wes attempt to puzzle out why Ryan from Tech Support got close enough to Rebrov to be killed. Archie needs another IT guy so she can get into Ryan's computer. George ducks Archie's call and determines his next move. Rebrov tells Wes he killed Ryan because Ryan gave him the code. Rebrov negotiates terms to give up the name of the mole inside Lazarus. Romanian police pull over George because the car he's driving has been reported stolen. George drives off. He calls Archie and informs her Shiv is into something shady having to do with Blackbird. He adds Shiv is sending money to Janet. Another car cuts off the cops. Archie doesn't believe Shiv is the mole. Another cop rams George's car then the cop sees Shiv's body in the trunk. George accidentally kills that cop then shoots a bystander but gets away. George arrives where he thinks Big Boy is hidden. Archie remembers how Shiv helped her during her early years with Lazarus. George talks with Rudy, the caretaker of the bomb, who he had overpowered earlier. Rudy, who wants the other half of his money, agrees to take George to Big Boy. Archie breaks into Shiv's flat. She realizes George is the mole. Rudy agrees to help George get the bomb to the detonation site. But someone in another car is following them.
