When you watch The Mysteries of Laura Season 1 Episode 8 online, you will join Laura and Billy as they investigate the recent murder of a woman named Julie. Julie was found dead on a party bus and their investigation leads them to a strip club where they talk with the man that gave Julie a lap dance and this further leads them to the hotel that Julie was staying at. At the hotel they come upon a beauty convention that is ran by a woman named Margot and find out that Julie was her top seller. This leads them to immediately believe that Margot may have had something to do with the woman's death. When Billy and Meredith get together and investigate Julie a little bit more they find out that she is much more then a seller but was actually spying on Margot and trying to take the company down. Meredith and Billy go to talk to Margot at her hotel and when looking around her suite, Laura comes upon the truth about Margot; that she is lying about her age and that is how she has been selling all of her beauty products. Meanwhile, Jake, Billy and Meredith start training for the annual Rock N Run. While at the run, Jake is having a hard time making it through but he eventually makes it to the end and they find out that they got last place. Jake is still seen as the hero because it is the first time that a department head has ever taken place in the event.
