Simone and Naomi meet for breakfast. While they are talking, a dog walks up to them with blood on its fur. They find a dog walker who had been jumped and had her clients' keys stolen. Naomi jumps on the case.

Antoinette asks Brendon why he'd sneaked out the previous night, and he reveals he'd gone to help his sponsor's wife when she called him after he'd relapsed.

Garza commends Carter and Laura on their work training Simone and Brendon. Simone calls and informs them of the case of the stolen keys and how it escalated after a diplomatic pouch was stolen. They head to the LAPD.

They learn the pouch belongs to a Belarusian official. The consulate is being sketchy with the pouch because there is distrust between them and the FBI.

Brendon finds a suspect through his car, and they breach his home. He is murdered by being dropped from the top of the building, and the killers run away.

As the FBI learns that the pouch contained fake US $20 bill plates, the Belarusian diplomat -- Viktor -- learns that his son was the one who stole the pouch.

Garza meets up with Rhonda and convinces her to get him into a party in the consulate so he can recover the plates she suspects Viktor's son to have stolen.

Garza assigns undercover roles to the team when they decide the infiltrate the consulate. Brendon -- who is famous in Belarus -- goes as himself.

Antoniette goes to Simone with her concerns about Brendon's sobriety, and Simone checks in t he is okay in the role. He promises he will be okay.

At the party, Brendon proves to be a hit with the female fans who want to take shots with him. He manages to avoid drinking.

Laura finds the safe and the plates but is attacked before leaving. Brendon finds her tied up in the office, but they are both discovered by Viktor.

Garza gets them out safely by talking with Viktor.

Simone nearly gets into an accident after dozing off behind the wheel. She confides in Naomi and who advises her to take a break.

Simone finds some information about where the plates might be. They track the plates down.

The team finds Costa as he tries to murder Rhonda, and they arrest him.

Simone takes on knitting with Naomi to prevent burnout.
