- Suspect: No one where's Emerald Cut anymore. There's a reason I left that one behind.
- Angela: I know cops aren't supposed to make promises, but promise me you'll keep him safe. Nolan: We promise.
- Skiptracer: Your ex is so boring, I'm charging you double.
- Bradford: What the hell is a gun doing in our wall?
- Elijah: We made need a new exterminator.
- Grey: Listen to me closely, you lay a hand on him or his family, it'll be the last thing you do as a free man Elijah: I don't need to touch him. He just screwed himself.
- Tim: You always seem to have someone looking after you, even when you don't deserve it. Tom: Something on your mind, son?
- Harper: Since Lyla has her school and her friends here, I'm proposing that she spend the school year with me and the entire summer with you and obviously you can visit anytime. What are you thinking? Donovan: I think that there's more to consider then school and friends. Harper: Yeah? Like what? Donovan: Like the fact that they've been an absentee parent until recently. Harper: I will admit that my old job took up a lot of time but that's why I switched to patrol. Donovan: I'm sorry why are we meeting in front of your station instead of the restuarant you suggested this morning? Harper: because I am working overtime on a case.
- Donovan: I think the court wuold agree that I"m the parent with the more -- Harper: Please do not do this, not ust to me but to ur daughter. Donovan: She's adaptable, and when she gets home from school she'll have two parents waiting for her, Nyla, Penelope and I can give her stability. Harper: Oh, right, Penelope. Donovan: What's that supposed to mean? Harper: Nothing. I'll see you in court.
- Tim: I found the gun you hid in the wall. I know you killed Frank. Why'd you do it? You wanted Monica all to yourself. You didn't even want a family, it wasn't enugh for you, was it? Tom: And so what if I did? What are you going to do about it? Tim: Get back in bed. Tom: Make me. That's what I thought. You're right, I killed Frank, but he had it coming. So screw him. And screw you. Put the cuffs on me. Drag me away from my deathbed like a big man. Tim: This isn't over. Tom: Get the hell out of here.
- Tom: He was a brutal, abusive bastard. She deserves a medal for what she did. Tim: He was an abusive bastard? Tom: What? You think I'm like him? I was nothing like Frank.I taught you what you needed to know, son. You're a man now because of me. Tim: No, I'm who I am in spite of you. Goodbye, dad. I hope it hurts.
- Tim: The Tim Tests, those don't make me like him. Lucy: I know. You're nothing like him. Come here, you're nothing like him.
- Grey: Who did this? Elijah: a Brill. Angela: A Brill's in Guatemala. La Fiera's cartel fractured when she died. Elijah: No, she took control and then took revenge becaus I" the one who told Wesley where to find you
- Tim: I'm sorry I haven't been here to help more. I'm sorry I haven't been a better big brother. Genny: You're not that bad. WHen you're around. Tim: Well, all that changes now. I'm coming to visit you every holiday. I'm going to be calling you at least twice a week, and I will handle fixing up this place and selling it. yOU should go home and be with your famiy. Genny: You're my faamilytoo. How about htis, we fix and sell this place together and then we'll be done with it. All of it.
- A Brill: Unlike La Fiera, I kill only when it's strategically advantageous. Angela; Like killinig a police detective and her family. A Bril: No that is bad business and it will stay that way unless you come after me in Guatemela. Angela; I'm good here. La BRil; Bueno. Then this is goodbye.
- Nolan: So, I've been thinking a lot about us. You're a super good roommate. Bailey: Thank you. Nolan: And a super good kisser. ANd the fact of the matter is, I'm in love with you. Bailey: Thank God because I'm in love with you too. Jason: Bailey. Bailey: Jason? WHen did they let you out? Jason: Uh, last week. Who are you? Nolan: I'm John Nolan her boyfriend and you? Jason: Her husband.
- Lucy and Nolan wrap up a crime scene of thefts at a jewerly store and Nolan admires the rings because he's planning on asking Bailey to marry him. Lucy and the suspect in custody both seem happy for him.
- Nolan realizes that Henry hasn't even met Bailey, so he tries to arrange for them to videochat since Henry is in Japan.
- Nolan gets advice from Harper about a proposal after Lucy (and their suspect) think he needs to do something grand and Harper tells him those are tacky
- It's tim to vote or union rep
- Lucy helps the Bradfort siblings with the house, but Genny wants to reminsce and Lucy encourages it, while Tim wants to get it over with.
- Tamara is doing a paper on veteran cops and Grey redirects her to Shmitty.
- They give Wesley a bug to plant in Elijah's office.
- Nolan promises to keep him safe..
- Harper had a skiptracer off the books look into her ex Donovan, but there's nothing to find, and she's still worried he's moving to San Francsco with their daughter.
- Bradford finds a gun in the wall of their childhood home while he and the girls go through it. Bradford and Lucy leave to run ballistics on it and Genny is mad that Tim found a reason to leave.
- Skiptracer shares that Donovan's girlfrend Penelope used to be an escort and Harper figures that Donovan doesn't know and he'll lose it when he finds out. Harper doesn't want to stoop to that level, though.
- Wesley has his meeting with Elijah. He updates them about an employee neamed Reyes and uses the help of the officers distracting them to plan the bug. But when he goes to leave, the bug is causing too much static with the walkie talkies. It tips them off and Elijah finds the bug.
- Elijah pieces it together, taunts Angela and the others and threatens to report Wesley to the bar. Grey comes in to retrieve Wesley and lays down a threat.
- The ballistics say the gun was used in the homicide of a neighbor who lived down the street from Tim who died when he was 14 in a suspected home invasion.
- Bradford's dad's alibi is Frank's wife, the woman of whom he was having an affair. Tim wants to find out if his father was the one to kill Frank since he would've had motive.
- Tamara warns Nolan about Shmitty's tactics to smear him then agrees to help Shmitty.
- Wesley and Angela have protection detail.
- Lucy interviews Monica, Frank's wife and doesn't get far. Monica notices that Lucy is trying to figure out if there was an affair happening, so she clams up and leaves and Bradford addresses her, but she leaves.
- Donovan won't let up about any compromise regarding his and Harper's child.
- Tim goes to see his father to ask him about Frank's murder. They exchange words and Tom admits that he did while daring Tim to do something about it.
- The video call with Bailey and Henry doesn't work well when Henry's connection falters and Bailey gets a call.
- They figure out that Elijah is smuggling drugs through a foodbank with the cans. And they know Eljiah has probably figured out that they know by now.
- They're deep into more overtime when they go raid the foodbank
- They have a shootout and take down some of Elijah's man while arresting hsi second in command and have loads of drugs to prosecute everyone.
- Tim finds out that Frank was abusing Monica and she was the one who killed her husband. Tom covered it up for her. He tells Tim that she deserves a medal and doesn't see where his abuse was the same As Frank's.
- Tim is in disbelief that their father did everything to protect his mistress but not them. He tells Lucy that he's nothing like his father including with his tests and Lucy assures him that she knows and hugs him.
- Nolan urges Harper to use what she has on Penelope because there's no othere way.
- They go to pick up Eliajah but it was already a bloodbath at his warehouse.s They find him hiding and he tells them that Abrill came and got her revenge. She took over from La Fiera. She's the top sicaria who punished Elijah for helping Wesley find Angela
- Abrill not only took down ELijah but took over other gangs and former territories.
- Tamara uses an embarassing video of Shmitty to help NOlan.
- TIm returns to apologize to his sister for not being around as much and close to her as he should and says it changes then. He vows to fix up the place so they can be done with it all, and they get to work.
- Henry and Bailey were talking when Nolan gets home. NOlan talks to his son and his son has already figured out that Nolan wants to propose and is happy for his father.
- Donovan is upset at Harper for using that against Penelpe and says he broke up with her and Lyla is devastated. But the move is off.
- A Brill calls Angela and tells her that she only kills when it's necessary and that she won't be coming after Angela unless Angela comes after her in Guatemala.
- Nolan and Bailey have a nice meal and he tells her he loves her. She says she feels the same, but they're interrupted by a man who knows Bailey. Upon introductions Nolan learns that Jason is Bailey's husband
