Nolan is a bit run down because Bailey is obssessed with getting pregnant and all the science behind it.

Lopez discovers that her nanny has a gun in her purse that's not put up or registered, and she fires her and has to look for a new one.

Tamara is leaving, and Lucy is still in her feeligns about it.

Bradford got fired from Metro, and now he's back on patrol. Grey tells him that the department shrink, London, will be riding along with Bradford.

Smitty is taking bets on Chenford's breakup.Grey says that he'll be riding with Lucy to observe her.

Lopez and Harper agree to search for nannies together.

Grey and Chen respond to a call of a domestic involving a woman upset that her ex boyfriend faked his death, and Lucy thnks Grey set it up to see how she'd handle it.

Nolan and Juarez respond to a call of a woman who says her nanny left the baby alone and disappeared.

All three groups are looking into emma, the missing nanny.

They realize that she's super close with a girl, Olivia, so they go searching for her. She's missing as well, but Lucy and Grey find a pregnancy test in her bathroom and blood on the living room.

They piece together that Olivia, emma's friend, was having an affair with the father of the kid Emma was babysitting. They bring the wife in who doesn't handle the news well.

They get an emergency call sent to them from Emma and Nolan and Juarez track down Emma, but she's dead.

Meanwhile, Lucy ends up opening up to Grey a bit about Tamara leaving and the issues with Tim and how easily he just gave her up and how she doesn't understand it.

They all talk about nanny stuff on open radio.

Blair continues to call Bradford out on stone walling her and psychoanalyzes him to the point of discomfort because she's hiting the nail on the head with him. But he takes some of his frustrations out on Thorsen.

Bailey calls and is on speaker phone when she tells Nolan they need to have sex now, and Celina tells him about geriatric pregnancies and why time is of the essence.

Harper and Lopez interview the perfect nanny candidate in the back of their car while working and fight ove rher.

Juarez is still looking for a place to stay and Nolan tries to talk her into moving in with Lucy.

They get a lead and find Olivia and she knows that Emma is dead, but they haven't found the hsuband, Matthew, yet. She shares that she tried to end things with him, but he wouldn't let her and kidnapped her.

Nolan and Celina find Matthew in his car dead. He's in rigor which means that he's been dead for a while, and his cause of death isn't the gunshot but blunt force trauma.

They realize that Olivia is a suspect and was lying.

Nolan radios Bailey to warn her, but Olivia gets spooked and takes off into the neighborhood until Nolan and Celina track her down and she cries and confesses to everything. She gets arrested.

Lopez suggests they share the nanny and the nanny agrees.
