On This Is Us Season 4 Episode 15, Randall is worried about Rebecca's MRI but has to go to therapy. His therapy session begins awkwardly and is made more awkward by the fact that the therapist is familiar with him through watching his campaign speeches.

Randall is happy to talk about his relationship with his dads but balks at talking about Rebecca. He insists that he is the only one holding the family together, explodes at the therapist, and decides therapy is a waste of time.

Meanwhile, Kevin shows up at Rebecca's. There's some time before her appointment and she was planning on going to a record store with Miguel, but Miguel suggests Kevin take her. Kevin and Rebecca listen to Joni Mitchell and Rebecca recalls that when she was young, she and Jack went looking for Joni Mitchell's old house but couldn't find it. Kevin looks it up online and they decide to go.

In the past, the kids get their report cards and Randall obsesses over getting an A-, while Kevin wants to go buy baseball cards because he got two decent grades mixed in with all the Ds and Kate is depressed because Stewart broke up with her.
