Dead-ass Jackie is calling Shauna to the meat shed. There's not much left from their latest kill.

Jackie asks what Shauna did with her ear and then tells her to braid her hair to hide the damage while they chat about old times.

Inside the cabin, people wonder if Shauna is in the shed again. Lottie stands up for her, telling others to allow her to process on her own time, even as they also suggest eating her share of the food might get her to change her tune.

People are taking dumps in the pee can, and its stench is overbearing. Nobody wants to fess up, so Tai has to take it outside. Before she goes, she tells them not to eat her food. The way the gang lurches at it makes it seem they won't listen.

After Jackie's hair is braided, she asks Shauna to do her makeup. After she tells Shauna Jeff only had sex with her because she made her into someone else, and she only had sex with Jeff to imagine being Jackie. She follows that by beginning to slice her arm off because she doesn't need it anymore.

Jackie laughs at Shauna's disgust, but Jackie points out that she's the one holding the knife.

Callie and Kyle are in bed. She's getting high and says the only way she can deal is to numb herself into oblivion. She's upset that they probably haven't noticed she's gone.

Kyle says something to annoy her, and she breaks up with him.

Tai is wandering in the woods, veering right toward the end of a cliff. Van catches her in the nick of time. There's another symbol on a tree at the cliff's edge. Tai doesn't understand how she doesn't wake up when doing that stuff. She says it's freaking her out that Shauna is talking to Dead-ass Jackie, and Van reminds her that she's not exactly the picture of health herself. Maybe they should talk to Lottie. After all, look what she did for Travis when he had his panic attack or whatever that was.

Tai is adamant that she won't talk to Lottie, and neither will Van.

In the present, Tai is downing coffee. Anything is better than going down that rabbit hole again. She's a manic mess, working, exercising, and popping pills.

If she kills Steve, I'm going to revolt.

Teen Tai is wary of everyone and everything.

Natalie watches Lottie attend to Travis before they set out into the snow again to look for Javi. Travis tells her the tea is just a symbol, but Natalie is annoyed that they're out looking for food for everyone when Lottie is holding hands and flitting with fauna.

They get to a certain point, and Natalie thinks they'll have better luck going in a different direction. She wonders how he'll kill what he finds if he has no gun. He's still going, so she makes a plan for them to meet up.

In the present, Natalie and Lottie are catching up and ribbing each other. Lottie explains what she does there on the compound.

Shauna checks in on Callie. It goes as well as can be expected. She asks Callie to go to the mall or for a walk. She just wants to spend time with her, but Callie puts her off.

Misty calls Tai, wondering what is up with her and Shauna not returning her calls. She has evidence that Nat has met with foul play and could really use the help of her teammates.

Misty asks her citizens detectives group for help hacking the security camera outside of Natalie's motel room, and the fellow obsessed with Adam Martin says he'll help if she'll stop shitting on his Adam Martin theories.

Tai goes into the meat shed and finds Jackie's hair braided and her face garishly made up. She goes apeshit and accosts Shauna. As Tai screams that it's not OK and Shauna cries, Lottie says she was her best friend. Tai says she needs to stop for herself and the good of the baby. She's determined to get rid of Jackie's body.

Kevyn drops but to ask Shauna if she knows Adam Martin. He's got a lot of texts between the two of them. Despite what Callie thinks of what her mom has done, she interrupts, reminding her about their mall trip.

Sammy showed up at Tai's house after school. She calls Simone, who thinks Tai planned it.

Someone is making inquiries about the care home, and he eyes Misty when he walks by. It's the fella from the Citizen Detectives board, but she doesn't know that. There is an envelope with her name on it on top of her lunch in the refrigerator, and she's wide-eyed at its contents.

Travis is walking through knee-deep snow going nowhere. Natalie remembers opening Javi's suitcase, where she pulled out an article of his clothing so that she could pretend she found it on a branch. She even put blood on it so that it would be more realistic. She cradles Travis as he falls apart, telling him Javi's gone, and it's OK.

Travis called Lottie the night he died. He said the wilderness had come back to haunt him and he knew what he had to do. She drove all night, and when she found him, he was frazzled, reliving the trauma he experienced from losing Javi. She helps him center and believed she had reached him. She thought she had reached him, but she fell asleep. Natalie wonders if when he was like that, she didn't think to call her, but Lottie says that Travis said she would make things worse.

When she woke up in the middle of the night, Travis was gone, but he left instructions about how to get into his bank account and wrote Natalie a note. She drove to the ranch where Travis worked and found him in the barn with the candles about him in the shape of the symbol. He had rigged his neck to a crane to hang himself enough so he can talk to it. He's got the remote control in his hand. If she won't help him, he'll do it himself, so she helps him. He struggles mightily, and she tries to lower him back down, but the remote wouldn't work.

Natalie thinks that's bullshit. But while Travis was hanging, she saw Laura Lee wander up to her, engaging in a terrifying scream while her face burned. When Lottie turned around, Travis was even higher on the crane. Natalie isn't nearly as upset as you'd think, but she will do anything she can to stop Lottie so she doesn't hurt any more people with her mumbo jumbo. Lottie calls that a win because Natalie has to stay alive to do it.

Simone arrives at Tai's place to find the door chained shut. Tai has no idea where Sammy is. She thought he was playing with the dog, but they're both gone when they look for him.

As the group builds a funeral pyre, Shauna sits beside another fire. Akilah wonders if they should keep Jackie's clothes, her jacket especially, and a fight breaks out. When Shauna sits next to Jackie, Lottie notices the slice in Jackie's arm. She removes Jackie's necklace and places it around Shauna's neck.

Callie catches a guy's eye at a local bar and hits him up. He's doing a crossword puzzle, which gives them a line of communication. He's drinking fireballs and orders one for her.

He grew up there and is helping his mom move after a divorce. She says she's kind of in the same thing since her mom's cheating on her dad, so she took the semester off.

When Natalie and Travis return to camp, Lottie doesn't believe that they found the pants because Javi is alive. Natalie freaks, but Shauna lights a large stick to set Jackie ablaze. First, she says she'll never have another friend like Jackie. She doesn't know where she ends, or she begins, and she'll never have another friend like her. She's sorry.

Travis puts Javi's pants on the pyre as well, saying goodbye. At least this time, Jackie won't wake up while the flames lick at her body!

Natalie tosses Lottie's purple clothes on the ground and lies down, but instead of sleeping, she remembers an EMT team giving her oxygen.

The Citizen Detective guy wrote with invisible ink and invited her to the motel to play FBI with him to interrogate the manager since he says the video camera is a dummy deterrent and nothing else.

The guy Callie met is Kevyn's partner named Matt. He's excited that Callie confirmed Shauna was having an affair and wants to bring her into to go hard. Kevyn wants to take it slow. He says Shauna is smart, and Matt is going to fuck it up.

Travis and Natalie sit by the fire holding hands. He's finally ready to reach out to her and grow closer. But while they're kissing, either he or she remembers Lottie putting her hand on his chest. They make love, but Lottie is on Travis's mind. Outside, an entity comes through the camp, dumping snow on the burning body. I have no idea what is going on.

Simone gets a call that Sammy has been waiting for two hours. Simone says that Taissa is very sick and she needs to stop everything that she's doing to get help. Saying that while Tai was driving wasn't the right move, and she drives through an intersection where they're T-Boned in the intersection.

The camp wakes up. What is that smell? All of the clothes have burned away from Jackie's body. Shauna says, "she wants us to." They look around at each other, and the camera angles show them as greek gods and goddesses partaking in a feast.

Shauna cuts Jackie, taking a piece of the meat into her mouth. While the Greeks giggle and gorge, the survivors similarly tear the body to pieces. Only Ben stays behind, retreating into the cabin and kicking the door closed.
