Even those who suspect his darker side have a difficult time escaping the pull of this charismatic man. Hannibal's culinary skills and delicious food don't hurt either.

Theo is new to the TV psychopath group. In his first appearance, it was clear he belongs. He enjoys killing in a variety of ways to keep it fresh and exhilariating. He can present himself in a frightening or creepy manner just as easily as he can turn on the charm and win people over with his huge smile. He's a chameleon which makes him all the more dangerous and alluring at the same time.

4. Huck on Scandal

Huck is the big teddy bear you want to be by your side until the switch inside him flips and he turns into a terrifying killer dog. While Huck stays off the "whiskey," he's a great and loyal friend. When he's on the "whiskey," he's dangerous and will even torture those he supposedly cares about and loves. Despite it all, you can't help but be on his side.

5. Frank Underwood on House of Cards

Power is sexy, right? Frank Underwood oozes power and control from the first moment he's introduced on House of Cards. He's a fixer and will stop at nothing to gain the ultimate power position in the world. His charm, smile, and southern accent override his despicable nature. People hate and fear Frank, yet they continue to be attracted by the powerful sword he yields.

6. Norman Bates on Bates Motel

Norman is the sweetest and most adorable little killer. On the outside, he appears to be an innocent young man who struggles to fit in at times. On the inside, he's one messed up dude. As much as he tries to maintain a normal life and relationships, his blackouts and killing nature haunt him. One look at Norman and Emma together is enough to be sucked into the cuteness and forget everything else in the moment.

How many times has Klaus staked and stored his brothers and sister? That's one of many signs of Klaus' need for control and power. It's his way or it's no way. While he often pushes people away with his ego, he wins them back with his charm and artistic side. He doesn't always show it, but Klaus does have a heart and often acts out of love for his family.

Joe developed a cult of personality around himself. He's able to identify people's needs and weaknesses and exploit those to draw them in. His perceived care and affection for these individuals allowed him to develop his own circle of killers. Joe's followers would do anything for him, including die.

Kai was locked away in a personal hell and prison world by his coven after a killing spree. The years in isolation didn't soften him at all. His torment and torture of Bonnie left no room for sympathy and made him a hated man. That all changed when he merged with his brother, the innocent and sweet Luke. The newly merged Kai mixed the wit and snark of the psychopath with the care and consideration of Luke. This mixture has led to a more charming, yet still potentially deadly witch.

11. Crowley on Supernatural

Over Supernatural's long run, the King of Hell has transitioned from a nemesis of the Winchester Brothers to one of their closest associates and even perhaps friends. Despite softening a bit after being given human blood, Crowley is still the King of Hell and all that comes with it. Crowley's playful, sexy smirk sucks people in and he uses his power to get his way.

Mr. Gold a.k.a.Rumplestiltskin has gone through many stages over his years. He was a coward who became Rumple and then set on a path to find his missing son. That seemingly noble decision was mucked up with his desire to maintain his own power and to protect himself. His love for Belle and her love for him changed him some. He did sacrifice himself, but when he was saved he went back to his old ways of lying and manipulation even to his love, Belle. Mr. Gold is a complex man with a love of self, but also the ability to love others. It's always a mystery which side will win out.

13. Ra's al Ghul on Arrow

Ra's al Ghul is driven and blinded by power and duty. He's set in his ways and dedicated to his perceived fate, which comes at the cost of his daughter's presence and the lives of many. Ra's and the League of Assassins have a code of honor, but it's one not driven by morals. The ends justify any means in his mind, which includes killing innocents to get Oliver Queen to fulfill a presumed fate.
