Is there a specific reason why they are all gathered together on the Waverider? Is someone invading the Waverider?

Seriously, how amazing is this? While these aren't all the heroes of the Arrowverse, it is still a lot of them!

Has the Waverider ever had these many heroes? It probably hasn't, but that doesn't make it any less awesome.

Either this is our Oliver but with Dark Arrow's quiver for some reason, or...it is Dark Arrow with our Oliver's suit while still using the dark quiver.

Let's pay attention to that quiver of his...it looks exactly like Dark Arrow's quiver! Is Felicity with the wrong Oliver?!
