Are you ready for new faces, old friends, and double the family drama?
Megan Hunt is alive and has crossed the threshold of a newly furnished Grey Sloan Memorial on Grey's Anatomy Season 14 Episode 1. While we don't catch a glimpse of Abigail Spencer in the role just yet, we do get an idea of the impact her return has on some of Grey Sloan's finest.
Teddy is a very much welcome familiar face, but she's not the only doctor who will appear and make a few waves. DeLuca's sister will enter the scene on Grey's Anatomy Season 14 Episode 2, and with her, she'll bring a controversial study.

1. Prayers for a Miracle - Grey's Anatomy Season 14 Episode 1
Megan may be alive, but she certainly isn't well. She's not of the clear after being discovered, and there is no place better than Seattle Grace Memorial to get her back on her feet. Nathan anxiously away news on her condition with the support of Richard and Bailey.
2. Smiling Teddy - Grey's Anatomy Season 14 Episode 1
Teddy is back! And she's all smies at the moment. It must be good to be back at Grey Sloan Memorial with her old friends and colleagues. A lot has changed since the last time she was there, including the hospital itself. A face lift was in order after that fire. Will the place look the same?
3. Game Changer - Grey's Anatomy Season 14 Episode 1
It took Nathan a long time to get past Megan's "death," and now he has to relive it all over again when she's alive but not in the best condition. It has to be like reliving the heartache all over again, with the extra paranoia of not knowing if he could lose her all over again. Poor Nathan!
4. Destroyer of Ships - Grey's Anatomy Season 14 Episode 1
Jackson is back, but is Japril? Who knows! Things were left uncertain in the finale when he never reunited with April after their trip in Montana, but he continued to get closer to Maggie. April saw something between them that even they haven't acknowledged yet. Is Jackson off the market now that Maggie is in his life, or are they just platonic?
5. Wistful Teddy - Grey's Anatomy Season 14 Episode 1
Teddy is back and helping the team tend to Megan Hunt, but things are bound to get awkward. Teddy hasn't exactly been speaking to her former best friend Owen, since she left after Henry's death. Since she's left, he and Cristina are divorced, her former mentee is long gone, and Owen has remarried to Amelia, Derek's (who has since died) little sister. Will old feelings resurface? You miss a lot when you stay away from GSM for too long!
6. Update Me - Grey's Anatomy Season 14 Episode 1
Nathan awaits an update while someone operates on his former fiancee. Or is she his current fiancee? Ex-lover? New lover? It's all so deliciously messy. Nathan won't be able to figure out the state of his relationship with Megan until she's in the clear.
7. The Suspense is Killing Nathan - Grey's Anatomy Season 14 Episode 1
Megan is with the best doctors in the country, so we're told, but that isn't enough to assuage Nathan's worry. He is impatiently waiting for more information on Megan's condition and a plan for what the others will do about it.
8. Welcome Wagon - Grey's Anatomy Season 14 Episode 1
Teddy is a familiar face to many, but there are new faces appearing in the premiere too. Who are all these new faces? Will there be any more old faces reappearing for nostalgia's sake? Tune in to find out!

Things did not end well between Arizona and Eliza in the season finale. Their relationship came to an end just as Eliza's job at GSM came to an end. Meredith and the others are busy coming up with a new plan to help Megan Hunt, but Amelia busies herself with a complicated new case. Could she be giving everyone the space they need, or is she avoiding Owen because a sibling rising from the dead stirs up feelings?
11. Day Off - Grey's Anatomy Season 14 Episode 2
How does DeLuca spend a day off? Coming into the hospital anyway. Maybe he wanted to check in on his sister who has mysteriously appeared at GSM with a controversial research trial that will get everyone talking.
12. Maggie's on the Case - Grey's Anatomy Season 14 Episode 2
Is Maggie part of the team of doctors helping Megan? It's always good to have a child prodigy on the case. What if she's working with DeLuca's sister instead? That could certainly make things interesting given her history with DeLuca.
13. Epiphany - Grey's Anatomy Season 14 Episode 2
Amelia may have made a break in her case and she's ready to take it head on. Can she save her patient in time? Probably, she appears competent and ready for action.
14. Drawn In - Grey's Anatomy Season 14 Episode 2
DeLuca may be wondering what has brought his sister all the way from Italy to GSM because it can't possibly be just to visit her charming brother. Siblings always have ulterior motives. Will he be the person behind his sister making a startling new discovery?
15. Dynamic Directing Duo
The two-hour premiere is bound to be a treat when you have Kevin McKidd and Debbie Allen at the directing helm. They both are behind some of the series' best episodes. Debbie Allen will direct the first hour, and Kevin McKidd will direct the second one.
