On The Flash Season 3 Episode 11 "Dead or Alive", bounty hunter Gypsy shows up at Star Labs to bring the latest Wells back to Earth-19.
Since Gypsy possesses vibe powers too, Cisco challenges her to a duel: winner gets to keep H.R.
Meanwhile, we're sensing some tension in the lab between Barry and Wally. And maybe Wally and Iris, too.
