Will received an offer from Celeste this week: she’s starting anew firm, with Major League Baseball as a client, and Will could join and become a favorite for the commissioner’s job.
He clearly seemed intrigued, but then shot Celeste down because it still seemed like a very long shot, like chasing a dream instead of remaining where he is now, doing what he loves.
No, I don’t mean Alicia, even though Will did utter on the phone that he loves her. He then said it was just a mechanical response and Alicia said it was fine, she didn’t wanna discuss it.
