True Blood Season 5 Episode 9 Recap: Everybody Wants to Rule the World

The start of the vampire holy war and a rise in anti-super sentiment are both at the center of this True Blood episode. Sookie is taken prisoner by the hate group along side Hoyt but Jason and Andy come to their rescue thanks to some help from Sam and Luna. Eric devises a plan to escape the authority’s compound, but is double crossed by Bill in the end who believes he has been chosen by Lilith. Alcide returns home to Jackson and informs his father of the recent events with the pack. Terry is forced to kill Patrick but only after Arlene comes to his rescue. Claude and his sisters come to look after Sookie and inform her of who is really behind the True Blood factory bombings. Pam is thrown from her maker’s thrown in Fangtasia by a vampire claiming to be the new sheriff of District 5.
