Law & Order: True Crime Trailer: Will The Truth Be Told?

NBC is doing something a little different with the latest addition to the Law & Order franchise.
The new series is titled Law & Order: True Crime and will follow a new case every season, similar to American Crime Story.
Per the official logline:
Focuses on Lyle and Erik Menendez, brothers who killed their parents in 1989, claiming they had suffered a lifetime of abuse from them.
After a mistrial and deadlocked juries — there was one trial but two separate juries, one for each brother — the young men later were re-tried and convicted of two counts of first-degree murder and sentenced to life without parole.
Edie Falco will star as Leslie Abramson and will seek to find out what made the two young men turn to murder.
"What these boys did is not the issue," says Leslie of her intention to get the truth about the captivating case. "It's why they did."
It's certainly and interesting way to let the audience know the series is not just going to be about the murder.
