Outlander Season 4 Trailer: Claire Receives a Warning from the Future

at .

Jamie and Claire are ready to embrace the New World on the official teaser for Outlander Season 4, and while they are trying to make a home for themselves in North Carolina, the danger is lurking in the shadows.

The happy couple is ready to move on from the past, and think that a life in the Americas is the way forward.

They could not be more wrong.

The duo gets a warm welcome from Jamie's Aunt Jocasta who is happy to see them. Yes, that means they've made it to River Run, Outlander Fanatics!

River Run, however, is not the haven the Frasers were led to believe and they are shocked to learn that "travelers in these woods are thieves and outlaws."

With a new adventure ahead of them, Jamie and Claire are determined to stay together and battle side by side.

While much of the trailer is subdued, Claire is horrified when she finds a skull with silver fillings.

The troubling thing is that they are not supposed to be invented until several years after that period, leading Claire to wonder whether there's another time traveler roaming around the world.

Outlander Season 4 is based on the novel "Drums of Autumn," the fourth book in the Outlander series.

Outlander Quotes

Sex was our bridge back to one another. The one place where we always met. Whatever obstacles presented themselves during the day or night, we could seek out and find each other again in bed. As long as we had that, I had faith that everything would work out.

The war had taught me to cherish the present because tomorrow might not ever come to pass. What I didn’t know at the time was that tomorrow would prove less important than yesterday.
