The Resident Promo: Did the Love Triangle Expand to a Quadrangle?!

Dammit, Conrad! What  Who did you do?

On The Resident Season 1 Episode 7, the friction between Conrad, Nic, and Jude has reached an all-time high, and Conrad doesn't handle it well. 

We last saw Conrad shutting Nic down with those heartbreaking words and finally giving up the fight for her heart. He was left with the impression that Nic slept with his old Navy buddy, Jude, and didn't give her a chance to state otherwise.

The combination of that and his father's reappearance after a decade of absence left our usual unflappable hero beyond distraught. 

Conrad has been pursuing Nic since the premiere, but he never successfully convinced her to rekindle their romance. Their friendship was rock solid though, until now.

Conrad gave up on Nic when he was left with the wrong impression, and like most people, he appears to have gone off to lick his wounds. 

Enter Noni, remember her? She was the blond Conrad charmed for all the wrong reasons during The Resident Season 1 Episode 2. 

They say the best way to get over someone is to get under someone else, and Conrad has taken that advice to heart, or in this case, he's taken it to bed. Sorry CoNic fans!

Of course, Conrad has not had a run in with Jude since that necklace exchange situation. His first time after may go smoothly as Jude commends him on getting over Nic, but as expected, it doesn't take long before things get heated between the friends.

Jude is torn between his old friend and his new one. It's still unclear if Jude is actively pursuing Nic or not, but he does remind her that Conrad is still in love with her. Jude is quite the mystery, isn't he?

Nic has a lot on her plate. Aside from Conrad, she and Devon have made it their personal mission to expose Lane. 

The good news is that Conrad is finally onboard. It has taken a lot for Conrad to reach a point where he confronts his mentor, but from the looks of it, he does. 

With Conrad's backing, will they actually be able to take on Lane? Tune into the next episode to find out!
