Steve travels to New York to see the new club and is impressed by the VIP area, complete with real Chippendales chairs.
Steve is impressed with the opening act, Hunkenstein, unaware it’s the same skit he forbade Nick from doing in LA. After Steve congratulates Nick, the two engage in a snow fight outside the club, which ends when Steve calls Nick a bully.
The LA club is sued for racial discrimination by a man who believes the VIP card allows the club to discriminate against minorities. Steve then lies to Irene about the existence of the cards and tells his doorman that there are no longer any cards.
Nick and Bradford show Denise the new Chippendales office in Manhattan, and they get a call from the Phil Donahue show requesting for Chippendales to be on the show.
The Chippendales New York group performs on Phil Donahue while Steve, Irene, and the LA dancers watch from California. Phil then interviews Nick, dubbing him “Mr. Chippendales,” which enrages Steve.
Irene finds the VIP cards and confronts Steve about using them to keep the black people out of the club.
Steve finds out Nick was on another talk show and confronts him about letting people call him Mr. Chippendales and taking credit for his creation. Nick then goes on several high-profile shows touting himself as the creator of Chippendales, which leads Steve to go on a local show where he struggles.
Steve sees a local club advertising male stripping and confronts the owner about ripping off his idea. The owner doesn’t acknowledge Steve as the owner, and later Steve enlists Ray to burn the club down, which he does.
