Last night didn't bring with it a new episode of Grey's Anatomy, but it did allow for an encore viewing of "Sometimes a Fantasy." Which was a little disappointing after the drama of recent weeks (new episodes return January 4), but certainly better than no Grey's at all... especially for the big fans of the now-departed McVet (Chris O'Donnell). And that McDreamy fellow, too.
