Not that I condone what he did to T.R. Knight, but what about bringing Preston Bierk on the set at Private Practice? Maybe Pete could work some of his magic out on his "tremor". However, I didn't work with Washington, maybe he isn't the greatest to work with and maybe that would cause too much of an ethical issue.
