All My Children

Earlier today, on All My Children, Bianca informed Zach that she's knocked up with his baby.

This is awkward, of course, considering that Zack is married to Bianca's sister, Kendall (who is in a coma, as a result of a tornado).

But this is actually not a case of typical soap opera hanky panky: Bianca is a lesbian and Zach had agreed to be her sperm donor. But he didn't know the pregnancy took hold until now, and Kendall doesn't know about the arrangement at all.

That's why real shock will come when Kendall recovers and finds out her sister just had her husband's baby.

"She won't wake up for a long time," Eden Riegel (pictured), who plays Bianca, told The New York Daily News.

Mother Erica Kane won't be too thrilled, either.

"Bianca has to tell her that Kendall is in a coma," said Riegel. "And then she says, 'Oh, by the way - I also had a baby!'"
