Actor Idris Elba (The Wire) has been cast on The Office as a new rival to Dunder-Mifflin Scranton's regional manager Michael Scott (Steve Carell), according to Variety.

Elba will appear in six episodes later this season. He'll play a no-nonsense manager hired at Dunder Mifflin's corporate office who will make Michael's life a living hell.

As if Toby didn't do that enough. Some of Idris Elba's other credits include Rocknrolla, The Unborn, and Obsessed. He just also finished filming the feature Bone Deep.

Given how Michael treats Stanley, and his disdain for all things productive, you can pretty much guarantee that The Office quotes will soon become more racist and inappropriate than ever.
